Is the price per person, per accommodation or per stay?

The price is per stay, when making the selection of dates the total amount is automatically calculated.

In case of requesting an extra service, the corresponding update will be applied.

The price of any extra service you want to contract is reflected in each property.

Are there bed linen and towels?

Household linen, both sheets and towels are an extra service that has a total cost of €50 for accommodation with 1 or 2 rooms and €70 for accommodation with 3 or more rooms. All properties will be provided with sheets and towels for all guests if requested.

Where do I pick up the keys? Can I go directly to the accommodation?

The keys are collected in our office: Av. Doctor Fleming, 15 of Platja d'Aro. Otherwise, we will notify you immediately.

What documentation is required for check-in?

You will need to have a credit card at hand as a guarantee of the reservation and the DNI of all the people who will be staying.

You can also send us this information beforehand, since that way you will not need to carry anything on it.

In the case of any incident, how should I proceed?

You must call us at the emergency telephone number that we will provide at check-in.

Do I have to pay for the tourist fee?

Yes, in Platja d'Aro currently the tourist apartments have a tourist rate cost of 0.99 euros per person per night, up to a maximum of seven nights, and is mandatory for people over 16 years.

Should I clean the apartment at check out?

You will find the apartment in a perfect state of cleanliness. You pay for a cleaning service which does not require everything to be shiny but if in perfect order, exactly as you found it upon arrival. In each home you will find an instruction manual, conditions and advice for your stay.

When will my deposit be returned?

We will refund the deposit up to seven days after check out.

What kind of properties can you rent through Booking Costa Brava?

Through the platform you can make the filter of the house that best suits your needs. Number of people, type of housing, location ...

Are the apartments adapted for disabled people?

We are a vacation rental platform, the ownership of homes does not belong to us, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all our accommodations are adapted.
